We only sell "in stock" items, so that we can ship your order quickly. 
If you placed your order late on a Friday, on a weekend or on a holiday, please allow another day for shipping.

RESTRICTED ORDERS

New gun laws are always being passed. While we make every effort to update our terms and conditions to reflect state and federal laws, the information contained in this page may not always be current or all-inclusive.

It is your responsibility to know and understand all current laws governing the sale, transport, making of, and ownership of a firearm in your state. Any orders placed that cannot be fulfilled because of certain state or federal laws may be subject to an automatic cancellation and refund, and such orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Any customer who has spent $1,000 or more with us over their lifetime qualifies for free returns at any time (even past 30 days) on new, unopened, unused items! Qualifying customers will not be charged any restocking fee or return shipping cost.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs and delivery dates are estimated at checkout. Our track record and goal is to ship every order the same day the order is placed, the next day at the latest (for in-stock items). All shipping costs are determined by the shipping options you select for your order during checkout.

All orders are shipped in non-descriptive boxes and sealed at every edge to ensure safe and anonymous delivery.  We do NOT currently ship to any PO Box addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Gunbuilders.com only ships within the United States. Shipping is prohibited to states and locales with restrictions against certain parts and accessories. Federal legislation dictates we cannot ship our products internationally.

ORDERS PLACED BY INDIVIDUALS IN RESTRICTED STATES WILL BE CANCELLED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR ANY CUSTOMER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR ANY FEDERAL FIREARM LICENSEE OF ANY CLASS, INCLUDING CLASS 7. THESE RESTRICTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO STATE LAW AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.

 

RETURNS

Returning New, Unopened, & Unused Items

We gladly accept returns on any new, unopened, and unused items for any reason within 90 days of the purchase for a refund MINUS the original cost of shipping. We will still be able to take back new, unopened, and unused items after 90 days, but only for store credit (no refund back to the original pay-type after 90 days) up to 6 months from the time the order is placed. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible for all our builders. Because of this, returns of new, non-defective items are subject to return shipping costs dependent on who you decide to ship the item(s) back to us with.

Returning Defective Items

We want your experience with us to be the best. You deserve quality lowers and gun parts! If you ever receive an item from us that is defective, broken, or otherwise deficient, we want you to return it. We’ll work to make it right for you. Get in touch with us to start the return process as soon as possible. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

CANCELING AN ORDER

You may place an order and decide you no longer need that item. It happens! If you place an order and wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We work quickly to process, box, and ship orders the same or next day. Canceled orders may be subject to the 10% re-stocking fee once placed.

We cannot guarantee canceled orders will not be subject to a re-stocking fee. The sooner you contact us, the better!

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your item back into our inventory. We will process your refund with your original payment method. We’ll also email you a copy of your refund receipt for your records. Upon initiation of a refund, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

AMMO SALES, SHIPMENTS, & RESTRICTIONS

AMMO PURCHASING REQUIREMENTS

Any buyer wishing to purchase pistol ammo must be over the age of 21 years. All ammunition buyers must be over the age of 18 years to purchase any ammo. If you purchase ammo, you must never have been convicted of a felony, adjudicated as mentally defective, or been committed to a mental institution. By purchasing ammunition on this website, you certify that you can legally purchase, receive, and own ammunition where you live.

AMMO SALES & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

All ammunition purchases must be fulfilled via ground shipping. Federal law prohibits the shipping and transportation of ammunition via commercial air (49CFR).We cannot ship ammo to any state that requires freight shipping in lieu of air transit.

Certain state and federal laws prohibit us from shipping ammunition to the following states:

AMMO RETURN RESTRICTIONS

ALL AMMUNITION SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.

We cannot accept a return or process a refund for any ammunition purchase for any reason. If you have received defective ammunition, an exchange or return must be processed directly by the manufacturer. Canceled orders and refused ammo shipments will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

MAGAZINE ORDERING RESTRICTIONS

We adhere to all state regulations governing and/or restricting the sale of high-capacity magazines. 

We cannot ship magazines with a capacity greater than 10 rounds to the following states:

  • HAWAII
  • MARYLAND
  • MASSACHUSETTS
  • NEW YORK

  • WASHINGTON D.C.

It is your responsibility to understand state laws regarding magazine capacities and restrictions. If you place an order for a magazine and live in a restricted state or we cannot otherwise fulfill your order, your order will be canceled, and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
