This "naked," barreled 16" upper ships assembled without a bolt carrier group, charging handle, or handguard -- it's the perfect barreled base upper for building a custom setup, while avoiding "factory" components you'll replace anyway!
Long-range performance is easily derived from this upper's 4150 CMV, nitrided barrel, which features a Government profile that balances weight and accuracy.
NOTE: Does not include handguard, bolt, or charging handle.
