Want to build a Polymer80 Glock®-compatible pistol? You'll need the Polymer80 PF940V2 Jig Kit, made for the PF940V2 80% Frame and the new Polymer80 PF940V2 (G17) "ATF Compliant/Bridge" 80% Frame (aka P80 75% frame). You'll need this jig to cut and drill your 80% frame blank, making it ready for assembly with a GLOCK 17 Build Kit.
Polymer80 designed the PF940V2 jig kit to be easy to use. It requires only basic tools and approximately one hour of your time to fabricate your frame. The jig is made from a tough fiber-nylon composite, which allows you to use it to complete up to three frames.
*Note: extra steps will need to be taken in addition to using the jig to complete the new P80 75% frame. No modifications were made to the jig in order to stay compliant with the ATF Open Letter, making the frame take more time to complete, more difficult, and requiring more expertise.
The Polymer80 PF940V2 Jig includes:
- (1) two-sided jig
- (1) 3mm drill bit
- (1) 4mm drill bit
You'll Need These Tools, Too
The Polymer80 Frame Jig includes the bits required for drilling your parts kit's pin holes. However, you will need basic hand tools (sold separately) to finish the slide section of the frame, before you can install your barrel, slide, and other parts.
- Vise (sold here)
- Tabletop drill press
- Dremel bit #9904
- Bubble level
- Half-round file
- Flat file
"Does this jig work with other 80% frames?"
No. The PF940V2 Jig only works with the Polymer80 PF940V2 80% frame and the new Polymer80 PF940V2 (G17) "ATF Compliant/Bridge" 80% Frame (aka P80 75% frame). Due to physical diferences in size, other P80 frames are not compatible with this jig. We sell all the other jigs designed for Polymer80's other frame blanks:
