A new, better compensator. Yes, really.

Compensators existed long before lookin' badass in action movies -- but they've all got the same problem: They attach to the threads on your handgun's muzzle, which adds what amounts to a moment arm, or unsprung weight, to your barrel.

It's not a problem on fixed-barrel handguns. But when it comes to the finely tuned GLOCK® pistols of our time, every ounce forward of the trigger works against your recoil control and cyclic rate. That's no longer the case, though.

The Mass Driver Compensators from Strike Industries complete revamp compensator design. By physically separating the muzzle device from, well, the muzzle - and instead attaching it to the foreend of the frame, where it also houses the recoil spring - all that added weight is removed from your barrel, reducing moving mass and inertia, and improving cyclic rates.

"Mass Driver" Compensator Features

  • Does not require a threaded barrel
  • Still compatible with threaded barrels
  • Wide bore reduces baffle strikes and keyhole rounds
  • 2.5mm relief cut at top rear to reduce slide face damage
  • Matches width of slide, allowing for use with open holsters
  • Counter recoil design reduces reciprocating mass, improves felt recoil
  • Improves cyclic weight by removing weight from barrel

Compatibility

  • Works with all GLOCK® Gen 3, Gen 4, and Gen 5 G17 and G19 handguns
  • Works with all equivalent Polymer80 and 80% GLOCK®-compatible frames
  • Not recommended for use with +P or +P+ ammunition
